My uncle Dale made this one Christmas when I was in college and I was instantly hooked. This stuff is super addictive! It actually uses almond bark, but it sounded better to call it white chocolate trail mix-haha! I'm sure it would be equally as good with white chocolate on it. This is so easy, but you have to work quick and in small batches because the almond bark hardens really quickly. The amounts are approximate, but you want equal parts of each item. It just depends on how big of a batch you want to make. Hope the recipe makes sense! If you have any questions just let me know.

White Chocolate Trail Mix
Ingredients:
Peanut M&Ms
Pretzel Sticks
Rice Chex
Corn Chex
Dry Roasted Unsalted Peanuts
Almond Bark or White Chocolate Chips
Directions:
Combine 1 large bag peanut m&ms, half a bag of pretzel sticks, 1/2 box each of the chex cereals, and 8 oz. peanuts in a large bowl. Stir all together. Separate into four batches. Melt four squares of almond bark for each batch according to the package directions. Pour over trail mix. Working quickly, spoon out clumps of the trail mix onto wax paper. Let sit until chocolate has set.
Mmmm - anything coated in white chocolate is good to me! :)
